Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if the issue is verified.
